Dispute Settlement
If you are not satisfied with the work of your hired technician, you can dispute a milestone payment and negotiate the payment amount.
To dispute a payment, locate the option called ‘Negotiation’ and tap on it.
After that, a particular section will open, where you can negotiate the payment amount with the technician.
If the technician does not approve the negotiation and the dispute is not settled, you can escalate it to FST admin. The FST administrators will assist in mediating to achieve a mutually agreeable solution for all parties involved.
