Workroom Milestone
In case of Hourly Jobs, you need to pay the technician for the hours he/she has asked. When the technician will share the timesheet with you, you can view the request, clear the payment by clicking on the Pay Now button, or Dispute it.
The technician can choose the payment method and being the customer, you need to pay him/her accordingly.
- If he/she opts for ‘by project’ payment method, you need to clear the payment at once the project is accomplished.
- If he/she selects ‘Milestone Payment’ method and set different milestone amount, you would require paying each milestone amount after the technician completes a milestone.
- For each Milestone Payment, you can VIEW REQUEST, clear the payment by PAY NOW option, or DISPUTE it.
